On day two disruptive innovations in logistics systems was the focus.\u00a0On this occasion <strong>Professor<\/strong> <strong>Neil Lawrence<\/strong>, Director of Machine Learning at Amazon Research,\u00a0<strong>Professor<\/strong> <strong>Benoit Montreuil<\/strong> of Georgia Institute of Technology and creator of the physical internet concept, <strong>Professor Alan McKinnon <\/strong>of Kuhne Logistics University, and <strong>Dr Andrew Palmer<\/strong> of Preston Solutions Ltd were keynote speakers.\u00a0Andrew Palmer presented an overview of the Logistar project including its aims and objectives, the partners involved, and the work undertaken so far.
